Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do if our client (from an Ad Agency) contacts you directly?

Example: Lazy Bear Sports has a client that contacts Panther City Promos directly to discuss pricing or place a new order without Lazy Bear Sports knowledge. 


Answer:  Panther City Promotions will thank the client for calling and direct them to contact Lazy Bear Sports to discuss pricing and placing new orders. We will then notify Lazy Bear Sports that their client contacted us about pricing and tried to place a new order or acquire pricing information.


Our goal at Panther City Promotions is to give our clients (you) an exceptional professional experience. The example above has been the standard practice/philosophy of our company since the beginning.


* We will NOT speak directly with your clients (phone, text, email, etc) If your client contacts us, we will direct them to contact you.  (You are our client first and foremost!)


* We will NOT contact your clients for any reason. (you are our client and all communication must go between you and your client.)


* We will NOT put any business cards or advertising information in your finished product to send to your clients.(We will NOT undermine your client base.)


*We understand that YOU are our client! You are the reason we are in business.  (We will protect our business relationship with YOU.)

What is your turnaround time?

Typical screen printing  turnaround time is 5-7 business days + shipping time.  Turnaround time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Once we have all the information about your order, art approval and garments/substrate in hand we can give you an accurate in hands date.  


If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply.


Taking longer to approve artwork, late submitting sizing or quantity are factors that affect turnaround time. Any circumstances out of Panther City Promotions control (ie. weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

Do you have a minimum order?

We will silk screen print an order as small as 12 shirts per design but there will be some restrictions on size. Meaning... ordering 6 adult sizes shirts and 6 youth extra small shirts will all get one size set up. (Art will be sized to the smallest garment)

I'm missing a few shirts, what happened?

All orders can have up to 5% under run.  Some shirts could be damaged during screen printing. Because of the this we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference.

How do I prep art files?

Please see our ART INFO page.  All files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, .TIFF. Design should be sized to print. Orders cannot be started until we have usable artwork.

How do I know if I have good artwork?

The best way to find out if you have good screen printing art is to send us your art file. We will take a look at your art and let you know what is needed or if everything is ready to go.


Here are some things to consider.

  • If you got your art from a text, screenshot from your phone/website/youtube or a gif from a website - You do not have good artwork.
  • If you drew your design on a scratch piece of paper - You do not have good artwork.
  • If you have a picture of a t-shirt that was printed from another printer and you do not have the film. - You do not have good artwork.
  • Remember if you take a picture from the internet and it looks small and blurry to you (when you zoom in). - YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD ARTWORK.


Do you keep the screens after the jobs have been printed?

Nope. We may keep a screen a day or so after we complete your job, but the screens are reclaimed daily and used for new jobs. We do not have the storage space to hold screens.


We will keep the films on file for up to 6 months and then we will discard them.  We will keep the digital files so we can produce your job again.

Can an image be printed on multiple shirt colors?

Absolutely! Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. Problems arise when screen printing a Royal and Gold Ink on a black shirt then switching to a royal shirt color. The royal color is not going to look good.  Be mindful of your imprint colors and substrate colors.
