Panther City Promotions can create/design your logo for you. Please provide us with a clear, concise and easy to read directions and we'll get started on your concept. We charge an minimum of $35.00 per hour for art creations/re-creations. Please email or call us for a quote.
No art charges will be incurred if your digital art is separation/press ready. This includes artwork being sized properly, colors spotted (including whites/base), fonts outlined, all graphics embedded in the art file (nothing linked to the file or provide all linked art files with the artwork) or basically all we need to do is press film output and your job is ready to go. We can look at your files and we will let you know if you will incur art charges. If you have questions please don't hesitate to email or call us.

All fonts must be saved to outlines/curves, all placed images must be embedded or supplied with at least 240 dpi resolution and sized to print.

Files should be sent over at 300 dpi or greater resolution and sized to print. Raster based image cannot be "upsized" without the image becoming blurry. If the files has layers, DO NOT flatten them. Save the files with a transparent background, DO NOT save the files with a SOLID BACKGROUND (white, black or color). Please make a separate flat .jpg of your art to send with the original layered files.
- We use several different industry programs to separate process and simulated process artwork.
Un-workable files:
Microsoft Publisher, Word, Works, Excel, Powerpoint, Wordperfect, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw -.cdr, etc.
These files we cannot open and thus art charges will incur.
Email Artwork:
You can email your artwork to us. Included in your email (Name of Company, Work Order/P.O.#) Please remember to embed all images and outline all fonts. We suggest using a ZIP or Compressed File to send the files in no larger than 9MB. If you need to use a different method to send larger files please contact us.
We use multiple brands of Plastisol Inks. If you are requesting a specific color please use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) Coated. PMS Matches will incur extra charges otherwise we will use standard/stock inks.
Please note that colors on a computer screen may vary to actual inks on textile. We can only simulate on a computer what the image will look like on textile. (there will be some differences)
There is no way for every color to look the same on every monitor. A certain red on your screen may appear to be a different red on ours. There is no universal color calibration for computers. It is always best to supply your own pantone colors if possible. The best way to do this is to purchase a Pantone Plus Series Solid Coated Formula Guide (Coated and Uncoated) though Amazon.
You will be emailed a digital art proof prior to production. This is your opportunity to proof read, spell check, grammar, layout and placement, sizing, ink colors, double check everything about the art design. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, the customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing, (screens, setup charges, any substrates, shipping & handling, etc.), including corrections and reprints.
The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of copyrights, trademarks and licensing agreements of artwork.
Proofs are intended for viewing the layout of art on the garment (for approximate positioning of artwork only). The mock up is NOT exact, the scaling may NOT be exact, it is a computer simulation of how the art may look on a garment. The actual size of the artwork will be listed on the art proof, along with all colors and placement.
Please note the display of colors on a monitor can vary dramatically. The proof is not intended for color matching to your computer monitor. If you need PMS colors, please refer to Pantone Formula Guide for accurate color matching (PMS Solid Coated - PMS c).
We provide FREE email proofs with up to 2 revisions. The 1st proof being revision 1 out of 2. If you have a revision, please be sure to take the time to compile all of the changes carefully before submitting your list for the revision. If you have utilized all 2 revisions, an additional art fee will apply.
Customer's signature on artwork approval or statement of approval either by email, text or verbal approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. All artwork must be approved by the customer before a job can be entered into production.
*Please, Please review your proof carefully for spelling, errors, omissions, sizing, ink colors, layout and placement. Your approval constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for all errors, omissions and legal and ethical compliance with the art proof.
